Edward Rose Property Group, operating as a Your Move franchise partner, has expanded its Southsea operations through the acquisition of Flats in Southsea, an established lettings specialist. The transaction marks the retirement of founder Alwin Oliver, who has decided to step away from the business.

The deal transfers 109 managed properties to Your Move Southsea's portfolio, extending the franchise's service capabilities to a new cohort of landlords while maintaining continuity for existing tenants in the managed units.
